We are not physicians or healthcare providers.  We do not knowingly collect any information governed or protected by HIPAA (defined below) (“HIPAA Information”).  If you purchase our products or services and provide us HIPAA Information, you are required and are solely responsible for any obligation to comply with HIPAA Rules (defined below).  We will only knowingly collect HIPAA Information pursuant to the terms of a standard Business Associate Agreement.
